I am not active on social media, but I love to write. Therefore, I'm attempting to change my ways. First step: start to have a social media presence for my writing and stick to it. I've tried to hold down a blog SEVERAL times over the last eight years. I think this time will be successful because I'm following up with several other steps.
Second step: Find reasons to stay involved in the social media scene. Twitter, I think, and the many pitch contests that it hosts, will likely provide the means. Living in Covid-19 social distancing/quarantine is, of course, helping me focus on my writing ;)
SO, here is a list of Twitter-hosted writing events I hope to participate in this coming year. There are many I didn't list, so please don't think that this is the whole list (if you are as out-of-the-loop with the Twitterverse as I am).
